Service Description

Schedule your completed alterations for delivery back to your door. How it works: ***PLEASE NOTE*** This listing is only available to clients who paid for mobile alterations pick up. If you dropped your alterations off the studio in person, you are expected to return to the studio for pick up of those garments. 1. Once your alterations are completed, you will be contacted with an invoice for your balance due. 2. You can either pay balance due with a card online - RECOMMENDED** 2b. Or request to pay your invoice in cash upon delivery. Keep in mind if you choose to pay in cash, no completed alterations will be dropped off/ delivered until balance is paid in full. Full payment is expected upon delivery/ drop off. No exceptions. Thank you. 3. Items will be delivered in the delivery time window. The time you book includes a 30 minute arrival window + 15 mins to try on the completed results. So booking at 12noon means delivery may arrive at your door between 12pm and 12:30pm. 4. Please make time to try on results during delivery. If you try on the garment and find an adjustment still needs to be made the tailor can return them back to the studio for correction. Failure to try on the garment while tailor is on location with you will delay the studio's ability to service any needed adjustments. 5. Corrections are rarely needed, but we try to deliver faithful service as far as it is in our control to do so. Following our practices and policies ensures you and the studio have the best experience. 6. Fee for delivery was included in the mobile pick up service, when your garments were fitted at your chosen location. However delivery must be to the same address as the pick up.
