Now that you know how to operate your machine, it is time to jump in and get sewing with this "Confidence Bag". Designed to create enthusiasm and provide your first taste of sewing success , this bag lets you practice: -sewing in straight lines -applying straight and zig zag top stitching -turning corners -using your presser foot as a guide for even seams -backstitching -creating a basic lining It sounds like a lot, but it is really easy and very forgiving, and gives you time to get comfortable using a machine to make something you will actually use. Rated: Best for Beginners! All supplies are pre cut and provided so all you have to do for this class is show up and sew. Provided fabrics and supplies vary in color and print based on availability, but fabrics used are generally solid cotton wovens in neutral colors. Supplies for this class are included in the class fee. Supplies provided are for one student. If booked student is bringing a guest, fees will apply for a second set of supplies. Just mention guest in notes section when booking and studio will follow up with instructions for purchasing additional supplies. Class length is 90 minutes. Most students finish in one session, but times vary from student to student and a second session may be required for completion, unless student decides to complete the project on their own.
