Class Details, What you will learn: This is a great way for young hands to: - practice placing, pinning, and cutting an easy pattern. -practice their straight stitching and following seam allowance guides. - get some practice with sewing around curves and corners as well. It is so much fun and so practical, young creative minds will enjoy designing and making a variety of these mats for all their pet friends. Skill Level: Beginner Youth Students- Age 8-12. Students should already know basics of threading the machine, winding a bobbin, and operating the power pedal before taking this class. Class Fee: Price includes the class, use of sewing machine (if needed), and related tools. Student provides all of the required project supplies. More than one session may be required to finish this project. How many sessions are needed depends largely on the skill and speed of the student(s).
